Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the 1000AD Revived website, game, and related Discord bot slash commands (the “Service”). By creating an account, playing, or using the Discord bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta and access

The Service may be offered as a closed beta. Access can require an invite key. Features, availability, and game balance may change without notice. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, cheating, or Terms violations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share accounts or use another player’s account without permission. Multi-account abuse and automation that harms fair play may lead to bans.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass players or staff, or post illegal or abusive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts
  • Exploit bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them in good faith
  • Use the Discord bot to play turns, attack, or otherwise change game state (lookups and account linking only)

4. Discord bot

Optional Discord account linking lets you query your own empire stats via bot commands. Linking is voluntary. You can unlink from Account options or with /unlink. Public commands show only information already visible on public scoreboards and listings.

5. Content and IP

The game, branding, and site content are owned by the operators of 1000AD Revived or their licensors. You retain rights to names and text you submit; you grant us a license to host and display them as needed to run the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” during development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
